The PU Metal Roof Deck consists of 3 layers : a pre-painted steel sheet, rigid polyurethane (PU) foam and another layer of steel sheet laminated onto the PU foam layer. The PU foam provides very effective heat insulation and sound absorption. The external steel sheet layer provides extra protection for the PU foam, allowing it to withstand damage during transportation and construction.PU metal decks are widely used in the construction of roofs and walls of factories, warehouses, freezing storages, workshops, poultry farms, supermarkets, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, schools, dormitories, mobile homes, residential houses and many other non-industrail facilities.

The rigid polyurethane foam core provides excellent thermal insulation for buildings.
This comes from the excellent thermal conductivity coefficient, λ = 0.022, unparalleled by any mineral wool or EPS sandwich panel. The concealed fasteners mean just that: the joints between the panels are hidden from sight, which improves the aesthetic value of the result.
Besides the superb solidity and durability with a beautiful appearance, the hard polyurethane resin foam used for panels performs quite well in heat insulation.
